The HZ2196G Multi-Function Display

Unlike a quartz chronograph, where sub-dials track elapsed seconds or minutes, the HZ2196G movement uses its sub-dials to track the passage of the day:

• 3 o’clock Sub-dial: Date of the Month (Quick-set via the lower pusher).
• 6 o’clock Sub-dial: 24-Hour / AM-PM Indicator (Synchronized with the main hour hand).
• 9 o’clock Sub-dial: Day of the Week (Quick-set via the upper pusher).
• Center Seconds Hand: This is a "sweeping" seconds hand that runs continuously; it is not a stopwatch hand.

Operational Controls

• Top Pusher (2 o'clock): Independent adjustment for the Day of the Week.
