The time frame for order delivery consists of two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours of placement. The fulfillment center processes the orders. Each order will take about 2-3 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time: The time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Standard international delivery usually takes about 15 – 30 business days. ePacket, a US Postal Service product, ships US orders. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 15 and 30 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.

ePacket: only ships to countries: The United States, Canada, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Greece, and New Zealand. 
Standard Postal Delivery: China Post Air Mail, Netherlands Post, and Singapore Post support worldwide shipping.
AU Express: AU Express can only deliver to Australia. Carrier: Australia Post. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfilling an order (if available).
CA Express: CA Express can only deliver to Canada. Carrier: Canada Post. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfilling an order (if available).
UK Express: All packages shipped to the UK will use UK Express by default, not ePacket. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfilling an order.
US Express: US Express can only deliver to the USA (Military bases not included). Carrier: USPS. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfilling an order (if available).

Delivery Time

ePacket: Average delivery time is 15 - 25 days.
Standard Postal Delivery: Average delivery time is 15 - 30 days.
AU Express: Average delivery time is 8-10 days.
CA Express: Average delivery time is 8-10 days.
UK Express: Average delivery time is 9-12 days.
US Express: Average delivery time is 8-10 days.

Note: These are estimated delivery times only; no guaranteed delivery dates are provided. Delivery times may be longer during busy seasons like Halloween, Christmas, and Black Friday.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If any information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may delay your order. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so that the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your delivery.

No reshipping will be arranged if parcels are returned for the wrong address, an incomplete address, or unavailability.
